1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the SomaScope application (hereinafter "the App") collects, uses, and protects your data. Your privacy is our highest priority.

2. Data Controller

2. Types of Data Collected

The App processes the data you provide to ensure full functionality. This data is stored both locally on your device and synchronized with secure Google Firebase servers to provide access across multiple devices.

• Profile Data: Your user ID (UID), gender, age, height, weight, training frequency, and goal. This data is essential for personalizing analysis and calculations.
• Analysis Data: Photos taken within the App and the analysis results (metrics, scores). Photos are processed by the AI model locally on your device and then stored in an encrypted format. The analysis results are synchronized so you can track your progress.
• Training Data: Workout plans you create, session history, and exercise logs. These are synchronized to give you access on any device.
• Authentication Data: The App uses Google Sign-In and Facebook Login for authentication. We do not store your passwords. We only store the unique identifier (UID) provided by these services.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Detailed instructions for partial data deletion (e.g., a single analysis) and complete account deletion are available in the app and on our data deletion information page.

All data transmitted between your device and Firebase servers is encrypted using the TLS protocol.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. You will be notified of any significant changes via an in-app notification or email.

Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

By using the SomaScope App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The SomaScope App is an informational and motivational tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze body proportions and track workout progress.

3. IMPORTANT: Medical and Sports Disclaimer

The SomaScope App is not a medical device and does not provide professional medical, dietary, or coaching advice. The analysis results, scores, and any recommendations generated by the App are for informational, estimation, and motivational purposes only.

Before starting any new training program, diet, or if you have any health concerns, you are required to consult with a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or certified personal trainer. The Service Provider is not responsible for health or training decisions made by the User based on information contained in the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including its code, graphic design, logo, and name, are the exclusive property of the Service Provider and are protected by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider provides the App on an "as is" basis and is not liable for any damages resulting from its use or inability to use it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
