I’m Michał Mańka, a software developer in Poland. I design, code and ship it myself.
I handle each of these areas on my own. When a project combines a website, an app and automation, nobody hands it over between companies.
Fast company sites, landing pages and stores in React and Next.js. Technical SEO and speed built for Core Web Vitals from day one.
Apps for iOS, Android and PWA, including AI that runs directly on the phone. I take care of publishing to the App Store and Google Play.
Chatbots, AI agents and automations in n8n, Make or custom code. I connect OpenAI, Claude and Gemini models to your store, CRM, inbox and documents.
Dashboards, APIs and databases built around how your company works. Plus computer and software setup and day-to-day help, remote or on site in Silesia.
Since 2026, supplier invoices in Poland come through KSeF, the national e-invoicing system, as XML files in the FA(3) structure. Nobody has to retype them; they only have to be read. Here is an example of an automation I build for companies.
File from KSeF, excerpt
P_2 is the supplier’s own invoice number. KSeF assigns its own number and sends it separately: they are two different numbers.
KSeF deadlines: the largest issuers from 1 February 2026, everyone else from 1 April 2026, the smallest (sales up to PLN 10,000 a month) from 1 January 2027.
Row in your cost sheet
Podmiot1/NIPPodmiot1/NazwaP_1P_2P_15P_7 (set by a language model)Amount check Last 3 invoices from this tax ID: PLN 615.00, PLN 615.00 and PLN 615.00, average PLN 615.00. This one: PLN 1,845.00, 3.0× the average. Above the 1.5× threshold: the invoice waits for review and you get a notification.
Every 15 minutes the flow asks KSeF for new cost invoices, reads them exactly as above, adds the row to your spreadsheet or CRM and only speaks up when something is out of the ordinary.
Documents are in your system minutes after they are issued, not whenever somebody finds time to retype them.
This is an example. I design every automation around the tools you already use: email, spreadsheets, CRM or your store. More automation examples KSeF integrations
Real projects and their real screens: recordings of them running and full-page captures. Open any of them to browse it in full.

This is how working together looks, from the first call to support after launch. After every stage you know what you got and what comes next.
Free, 30 minutes
You describe the problem. I ask about your processes, data and budget, then tell you plainly whether and how I can help.
Within 48 h, fixed price
Within 48 h of our call you get the scope, a timeline with milestones and a fixed price in writing. You know the full cost before we start.
From 1 to 12 weeks
I show progress as I go, so changes are caught early instead of after delivery.
For as long as you need
I launch the project and hand over the code, the repository and the copyright. I stay on call when something needs fixing or extending.
Before handover I measure every site across four Lighthouse areas: performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. This one passes the same test. Run it through PageSpeed Insights; the result takes a few seconds.

I’ve been into computers since I was a kid, out of passion rather than by accident. I’m a trained IT technician and I run MankaSoft as a one-person company in Tychy, Poland. I build things that can be maintained: clean code, documentation and no lock-in to me. We meet online, or at your company if you’re nearby.
I’m pragmatic about AI. Where a cloud model is enough, I use OpenAI, Claude or Gemini. Where the data is sensitive, like the body photos in SomaScope, I process it locally, on the user’s device.
Short and to the point about how working together looks.
