What is AI automation for a business?
AI automation combines rules, integrations and AI models so repetitive work runs itself: handling email, moving data between systems, generating and sending reports, triaging tickets. I build it in n8n, Make and Zapier, and in custom code where more control is needed.
What can the chatbot or AI agent you build do?
A chatbot can answer customers 24/7 on your site, qualify enquiries, book slots and answer from your own documents (RAG). An AI agent goes further: it performs multi-step tasks on its own. It reads a request, checks data, updates a system and reports the result.
Which systems do you integrate AI with?
I connect AI to what you already run: your store (WooCommerce, Shopify), CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, knowledge base and custom APIs, using OpenAI, Claude and Gemini. I first identify where AI actually cuts work, then wire it into your process.
How much does an automation or chatbot cost?
