How working together looks
One person for software and configuration
Instead of separately hunting for a web vendor, someone for automation and an IT person for computers, you have one person who owns the software and its setup. Fewer emails, less buck-passing, faster decisions. Networks, servers and ongoing infrastructure support I leave to companies that specialise in it.
Problem first, technology second
I start every job with a short conversation about what actually needs to improve: sales, time spent, or order in your data. Only then do I pick the tools and, within 48 h, give a fixed price in writing. No bending the company to an off-the-shelf box it doesn’t need.

What IT services do you provide?
I build websites, stores, mobile and web apps and custom B2B systems. I deploy AI automations and integrations (chatbots, agents, n8n/Make/Zapier) and KSeF integrations. I assemble and configure computers, install software and help with day-to-day problems (helpdesk).
Will you help with a computer and software, or only programming?
Both. Besides building websites, apps and systems, I assemble and configure computers for specific tasks, install and configure software and resolve day-to-day issues. I focus on software and configuration, not hardware repair.
Do you manage networks and servers?
No. I don’t administer networks, servers or provide ongoing managed IT for companies. If that’s what you need, look for a managed IT services firm. I handle software, automation, computer configuration and helpdesk.
Do you serve businesses or individuals?
Both. I assess each job individually after a short call. I don’t limit myself by company size or budget. I first check that I can deliver good work, then take it on.
Do you only work in Silesia?
No. Most IT services run fully remote, for clients across Poland and abroad. On site I work in and around Tychy (Katowice, Mikołów, Bieruń, Gliwice) when meeting in person helps. Details: service area.
How much do IT services cost and do you invoice?
Helpdesk and configuration cost PLN 120 net per hour (PLN 147.60 gross). Software projects are quoted up front: a fixed price in writing within 48 h of a free call. I run a sole proprietorship and issue VAT invoices. All prices: pricing.
