What does the AI model itself cost per month?
Set your chatbot’s traffic and see the monthly model bill at five providers, on the API price lists of 12–13 October 2026. This is the model alone: building the chatbot is quoted separately, from PLN 2,500 net, one-off.
Assumptions: tokens per question
USD prices per 1M tokens from the Anthropic, OpenAI and Google price lists (12–13 October 2026); PLN at the NBP average rate of 12 October 2026 (1 USD = 3.9211 PLN). I don’t replace your store, CRM or inbox. I add an AI layer where it genuinely saves time: ticket classification, summaries, content generation, answers from your knowledge base. The rest of the process stays the same.
Chatbot, agent or plain automation?
A chatbot talks and qualifies enquiries. An AI agent runs multi-step tasks itself: it reads, decides, acts and reports. An n8n automation wires apps together without an AI model. In a short call I work out which level actually solves your problem.

How much does AI automation cost?
Automating one process (n8n, Make, Zapier) starts at PLN 1,500 net (PLN 1,845 gross), a chatbot at PLN 2,500 net (PLN 3,075 gross). An AI agent with many integrations or chat over documents usually costs more, because the price depends on the number of systems and data. What’s the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions and holds a conversation. An AI agent does more: it runs multi-step tasks itself. It reads a request, checks data in a system, performs an action and reports the result. I compare them in detail in a guide (in Polish): chatbot or AI agent.
What tools do you build automations in?
Mostly n8n, Make and Zapier to wire apps together, plus custom code (Python, Node.js) where more control and logic are needed. AI models: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and an on-device model where it makes sense. Comparison (in Polish): n8n, Make or Zapier.
Will AI integrate with the system I already have?
Yes. I connect AI to what you have: your store (WooCommerce, Shopify), CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and custom API. I don’t replace your systems; I add automation and AI where it genuinely cuts work.
How long does deployment take?
A simple chatbot or automation usually ships in 1–3 weeks, larger deployments take longer. After a short look at the process I give a concrete timeline with milestones.
