Every price in one place, net and gross. These are starting prices: you get the exact fixed amount in writing within 48 h of a free 30-minute call.
In short
A brochure site starts at PLN 2,500 net, a company site at PLN 4,500, a store at PLN 8,500. Process automation from PLN 1,500, an AI chatbot from PLN 2,500, a B2B system from PLN 10,000, a mobile app from PLN 15,000 net. Helpdesk and configuration: PLN 120 net per hour. 23% VAT is added to net prices.

How you get a fixed price
A call
30 minutes, free. You describe what should improve, I ask about the details.
A written quote
Within 48 h: scope, timeline and a fixed price. No hidden fees.
Contract and start
I run a sole proprietorship and issue VAT invoices. Payment terms are set in the contract.
Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
Base prices are net. I’m a registered VAT payer in Poland, so 23% VAT is added on invoices for Polish clients. For convenience, every table shows the gross price next to the net one. For business clients in other EU countries, VAT is settled under the EU rules that apply to the service.
Why are these starting prices?
Because two projects with the same name can differ a lot in scope. The starting price is the smallest sensible scope of a service. I calculate the exact amount after a call and send it in writing within 48 h.
Can the price go up during the project?
The price for the agreed scope doesn’t change. If new items come up along the way, I quote them first and only start after you approve.
Do you work for private individuals too?
Yes. Private individuals pay the gross price, the amount in the Gross column. Companies get a VAT invoice and settle VAT themselves.
How much is help with a computer?
Helpdesk and configuration cost PLN 120 net (PLN 147.60 gross) per hour, remote or on site around Tychy. Details under IT services.
